The Bear and the Turtle
The little bear is very greedy but he's happy to share his cupcake with his teeny tiny turtle friend!
Both teddy bear and turtle are crocheted by me.
The bear is fully jointed, even if he's only 25 mm tall, the head turns and the legs and arms move, very funny to pose!
I made it with sewing thread and a 0.5mm hook and it's stuffed with polyfill.
The ears, cheeks and feet are shaded with artist chalks to deepen his look.
The eyes are little glass dots and the necklace is a Swarovski bead, precious in every detail!
I made the teeny tiny turtle with nr. 100 sewing thread and a 0.4 mm hook, he's just 6 mm long ... so tiny that you can even breath it!!
The little scene is completed by a wooden display that I designed, laser cut and painted, a little teddy bear frame (17 mm), two wooden blocks and a cupcake made with cold porcelain.
